If you want to pay through other means, please contact us. ☆Period of making a doll
★Bare dolls can be shipped within 15~25 working days.
Make-up dolls can be shipped within 20~30 working days. ☆About make-up and changing of the doll bodies
★A: We do not offer any customized makeup, Thank you for your understanding.
All our dolls are provided with the official make-up free of charge (as shown in the picture), If you do not need such make-up, please note this on the order form.
B: You can choose both male and female bodies, please also note this on the order form. ☆Assemble doll
★The dolls are assembled already before shipment. ☆About cancelling orders
★If you order only doll accessories like clothes, wigs and so on and the order is not shipped yet, you can cancel your order. However, if you order BJD dolls (head, body, foot etc.), you can not cancel your order. All BJD dolls should be preordered, As soon as we confirm customer's order, we make the doll and the doll is made only for the customer, So we can not cancel making the doll. If you have any unavoidable problem, please contact us through our mail immediately within 2 days since your payment. ☆Buyer leaving wrong receiving information
★We will only send the items to the address left on the order form. If you failed to receive the items and suffer from any other loss because of leaving wrong receiving information, you should be totally responsible for such loss. If you demanded sending the items again, we will not send it until we received the returned items and the shipping cost paid by you. ☆Has not received
★If you still have not receiving the parcel to be more 10 days than the shipping-time, you can track the parcel by using tracking number. However, if there is no tracking number, you may visit the local post office to find the parcel by virtue of the receiver’s name and receiving address. ☆Return Policy
★We inspect all dolls and items before they leave our store. damaged products during shipping may be returned and exchanged, customer must offer the clear pictures, we will only accept the doll for repair or exchange, we are notified of this within 3 days of the date of delivered. the shipping cost for sending the damaged items back shall be paid by you, while we will pay the return shipping cost. ☆doll has scratches in some parts of its body
★There is the possibility that some parts on your doll can have sanding marks, this occurs naturally in the doll making process, we do our best to reduce these marks as much as possible, but it is not considered a defect for your doll to have these marks.
